You will join a truly collaborative team, within a dynamic and sociable office, affording you the unique opportunity to develop your career to chartered status and beyond into management roles. Their focus is to develop and foster outstanding long term relationships with their clients, which has allowed them to assist many SME's and their owners achieve their goals throughout each stage of their business cycle. Job Description You will build relationships with clients and look to advise and deliver on tax advice and wider project work, working with the wider management and partner team. The role and firm provides an excellent opportunity for you to develop your personal tax career. Typical duties will include: Assist in the preparation of income tax, capital gains tax, and inheritance returns for clients including individuals, partnerships, trusts and limited companies.Assist in the preparation of P11D returns, CT600's, capital allowances, restructuring claims and share schemes, to name but a few.Liaise with HMRC and other professionals regarding client affairs.Assist the wider team with the day-to-day tax administration of clients.Assist with advisory projects when appropriate - both personal tax compliance and non-complex tax advice/tax projects as required.The Successful ApplicantYou are likely studying ATT, AAT, ACA, or ACCA.You will have either specialised entirely within a personal tax career so far, with at least one to two years experience in practice.Equally, you may have a more generalist, all-round accounts and tax background, developed within an accountancy practice firm, and be looking to specialise your career in personal tax moving forward.What's On Offer Join a thriving firm within a collaborative team and dynamic office.A fantastic training ground for those motivated to becoming chartered.Salary of £20,000 - £30,000 depending on skills and experience and where you are with study.Continued professional study support and on the job training.
